128 MB DDR GEFORCE FX 5200 8x AGP for $30 after rebate at FRY'S

I am looking at this weekend's Fry's Ad and the have a 128 MB DDR GEFORCE FX 5200 8x AGP for only $30 after rebate. I think these are the same that were FAR right before Xmas? Would this WORK for COD 1? Doesn't have to be fastest, but at least very playable for me...?
I want to put it in my girlfriend's Sony Vaio, P4 - 1.5

QUESTION: Do you have to connect these card directly to the puters power supply or just into the AGP port? I don't think her computer has an extra power wire and I wouldn't know how to hook this up...THANKS
 
Just plug it into the AGP port.

I just took a look at the card here Best Data 5200
I have done two Best Data rebates in the past and I had to fight for the rebates. Both were well past the time that it states I was supposed to receive. The form says 12 weeks so be prepared to wait 16-20 weeks and several calls. Just my experience. Maybe they have changed and maybe not. Won't get me a third time.
