128Kb/S = 16KB/S

take the Bits and divide it by 8. This will equal your Bytes.
And vice versa for converting bytes to bits. Bytes * 8 = bits

Your UT setting is way to high. Your max upload is 16KB/s and you have it set to 20KB/s. Try setting it to something like 7KB/s, this may help.
Also search the web for a upload uncapper. If you find a good one it will allow you to have a faster upload speed, thus increasing your clients connection speed.

I don't know what Hominid Skull is thinking.

an upload uncapper? huh?

judging by his upload speed (128), i'd imagine that he'd have some flavor of dsl. if that's the case, the upload speed is capped by his provider at the central office through cool little switches and the like. there is no way he can 'uncap' his line unless he upgrades it through his dsl provider.

I've used on on my cable connection. But i'm not sure about DSL. Just a thought though.
