i get this error when im trying to buy something online and was hoping someone here might be able to tell me what this means and how to fix it? thanks

Is it telling you you need 128-bit encryption??? If so that's pretty much self-explanatory. You'll find the downloads at Microsoft's site, assuming you're using IE.

What OS are you running? what version of Internet Explorer is it? To find out what your current cipher strength is, go to Help > About IE. If it does not say that your Cipher Stregth is 128 then there should be an update options which will help you update it. If it is already 128 then there could be problems with IE, depending on the version you have, you may have to repair the install.
