Okay I will be buying from NCIX in Canada since I can pick it up from a drop off location, and I need a fairly quiet Computer, current one is driving me insane.:'(

Generally I want to keep it under $1250 so I am looking for some shortcuts as I am already over that limit. Maybe I should change the Mobo or PSU?

I'm assuming that you mean that you plan to build in Fall 2011. If so, then there isn't much point in hammering out a specific config at this point because the landscape will be radically different then. Post again a week or so before you intend to build.

Your build is very similar to what I have and I love it. (That case is a monster but it's awesome).

All that said, by Fall I am sure I'd make different choices.
