I am mostly concerned about the 0.96 watt rating. Most 120mm fans that move <100cfm of air seem to draw 4+ watts. For example, thermaltake's 120mm fan is 74cfm, 5.4watts; and one of the deltas is rated at 86cfm, 5.4watts. So, I'm wondering if you guys think its realistic for the vantec 120mm fan to use only 0.96w.

More importantly, is it 100% safe to plug in this fan into my motherboard?

Umm, where are you getting an 120mm Stealth? On their own website, Vantec doesn't indicate they make a 120mm Stealth.

Can't be right, other low rpm 120mm fans, like panaflo, use way more than .96Ws. And no, it's not always safe to plug in a 120mm fan to the mobo. Sometimes it's fine, other times you'll ruin the header; your choice.
