120mm to 80mm fan adapter?

I saw an article on a hardware page that was kind of neat. Someone had taken
a 80mm to 60mm fan adapter, placed a 60mm fan between the h.s.f and the
adapter and then put a 80mm fan ontop and got even cooler temps than normal.

I was thinking of doing this:

120mm fan -> 120mm to 80mm Adapter -> 80mm Fan -> Swiftech MC462

Anyone know if this is even possible? Do these adapters even exist? Would
this even work?

Plycon has a 92mm -> 80mm, but I haven't seen a 120mm adapter...

I don't think anyone has a 120-80MM. CPUFX has a 120-60MM adapter.

Yes, I'd be interested in a 120mm->80mm as well for my MC462. If you find out a place that sells them, keep us posted.
