120mm paniflo L1 question

I have 2 sunon 120mm 35dba fans and they are louder than I like. I have seen the paniflos L1 but at 30 dbas, is that much quiter? I guess i'm asking will i hear the diffrance between the two? anyone know of a web site that has a recording of a 120mm paniflos L1 in use?
 
3dB SPL (sound pressure level) is the smallest audible change in volume and 6dB SPL is a percieved doubling in volume. You will notice the difference. You might try and run the 2 Sunons @7v which will make them much quieter but, obviously move less air.
