120mm fan (Panaflo) generate heat? Is this normal?

I got this panaflo fan from an electronic store to replace my 120mm AC powered since the AC powered fan produced heat, although is very powerful. The new DC powered is also as powerful (i guess) and to my surprise is hot too. waaa!! Is this normal?
The fan is cooling my new Geforce MX (they lied when they said no HS even required for the MX, the MS starforce 816 HS is quite hot 46-47 without fan) The 120mm Panaflo fan cools down the Graphic card like my old AC fan and keeps the other components cool too.

Last night My BXmaster is giving the following reading 32 CPU 33 graphic and 32 chassis - which is great (it is a whole different story during daytime here in Malaysia) I also have a GORB, an 80mm fan blowing from the front, PS fan to suck out air from the rear and ventilation holes between my CD drive and CDRW drive (can feel air gushing out of the vents in front! i have also just installed another fan (PS fan) modified to face directly to the Geforce MX HS. I am not sure if this is going to make the temp lower since the big Panaflo is facing the MX too from the side? I will keep updating after several trial. Anyone would like to comment on my setup?
