120mm fan dying?

I got an Antec 120mm Output fan in the back of my case (came with my antec case), had it maybe a couple years, i think it might be dying. I have to manually spin it with my fingers to get it started. Seems to be connected properly, anything else i can try and do or is the fan on the outs?
 
Try doing a bit of maintenance on that fan.

Take it off, clean off the dust bunnies, lube the spindle, then put it back. I guarantee it will run as good as new after that.
 
Just buy a new one! I bet with all the use it's seen the bearing are mostly likely showing alot of age. 120mm fans are dirt cheap.
