120mm ducts... where? =)

I'm going to buy one of these for my Antec P180B to get some more cooling in there..

Where could I find a 120mm duct to fit this guy? =)

I found some 120mm ducts but they don't work for what I want.. I'm looking for a duct that'll attach directly to the fan unlike the ones I see here:

Many have found cheaper solutions in the cloths dryer duct section of Home Depot.

G-Y beat me to it. Use flexible dryer duct - you'll need to rig your own flanges. Most don't duct 120 because the tubing has to be so big.
