120Hz with Intel integrated graphics?

Can I get 120Hz on a monitor (Asus VG24QE) from Intel integrated graphics CPU (HD 4600)?
It will be connected to DisplayPort on the mobo.

Are you wanting to game? If so get a dGPU. HD4600 is not sufficient. That said it will work for 2D.
