Strange... Is it just the sensors messing up, or is my card dying?

looks like a bad card...
or the gtx280's inadequate stock cooling

^ I have that feeling too... once every weekend (without fail) for the past month my card just shuts down with the LED turns red. When I RMA the card to the retailer I bought from ( live in NZ), they did some testing and couldn't duplicate the problem. Don't think its cooling though..., temps during gaming were around 70-75C at 65% fan.
