AUO has listed two monitors on its website using VA panels sporting 120 Hz - something many gamers are looking for to enable 3D gaming. M240HW02 V5 is a 24" display with 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution. The monitors has 178 degrees viewing angles, 5,000:1 dynamic contrast, 350 (cd/m2) brightness, but relatively high response time at 12 ms. The panel type is VA, while the backlighting is CCFL.

There's both a 24" and 27"

Probably because he does things other than gaming on his monitor? I know I sure do, and I won't give up those extra 120 rows easily.

Anyone know what the NTSC color gamut percentage of the CCFL one is?

If it was a clear panel, had a wide color gamut, had excellent power circuity, and didn't add more than 2/3 as much lag at 60Hz as my Apple LED cinema display, then I'd probably buy it. It's a shame it's not an H-IPS though.
