$120; Get Raptor 74gb or 320gb WD/Seagate?

Okay, my old 120gb Maxtor died after 4 years, and I am gonna get $100-120 for a new hard drive. What should I buy? I have a SATA 1 system with 2x80gb Hitachi SATA disks in RAID 0. Will the raptor give significant boost compared to that? Or should I ditch the speed and go for 320gig storage?
-Raptor 10k rpm/16mb cache SATA (in FS/FT forum)
-WD/Segate 320gb 7200rpm/16mb cache SATA (retail at BestBuy for $100)

I also have only 2 SATA ports, I think (nforce2 mobo), so I will buy a SATA 1 PCI card too.

Please help me do the choice! Thanks 😉

if its the only hdd in your system, get the 320gb seagate. if you already have a drive u can use as storage get a raptor for faster overall performance in booting and opening programs
