120/92mm panaflo on a alpha8045?

i am just wondering what other people have done to stick a 92mm or even 120mm fan such as the panaflo on the alpha pal8045 heatsink (if any)?

There are 92 to 80 and 120 to 80 converters. I am guessing that using a converter will speed up the air flow, thus resulting in even higher performance.
