12 Weeks: Size 40 tight to size 34 sort of tight/size 36 loose.

    12 weeks of working out took about 6" off my beltline. Over 8" on my waist (at navel).

    41 year old man.

    Proper diet and training pays off very fast and I drink like a fish every weekend.

    I dont give a * about you and you're on my ignore list anyway.

    But if you've lost weight, good job. After you get skinny you can maybe help others out. Volunteer at a fat kids camp or something. I dunno.

    I do volunteer at fat kids camps. I love making those field goals.

    I had to be fat due to my injury. I don't agree spoon feeding those types that just do it because they like to eat.

    I am actually sort of skinny now. My pics don't really show that. Maybe I will post video soon.

    Really need to keep creating new threads? How much validation do you need? Not very "alpha" of you creating all these "hey look at me and how good I've done" threads...
