Kingston PC2100 256 DDR @ Officemax 12/8-12/14 79.99 - 20 Instant Rebate - 20 MIR = $39.99 AR In-Store

Doesn't appear to be online

You can view your local ad @ officemax.com

I was my local Best Buy in Kansas Sunday 12/8 and they had the same memory for 39.99 w/ no MIRs YMMV

Probably a market reaction similar to the 99.99 maxtor hard drive match with compusa

I don't see that they carry Kingston DDR online - did you get this from this weekend's sale ad? Any idea if it will be available online?

Thanks for the post!

It's online now. This seems like a good deal, I had bought a stick last week for $79.99- $20 mail in=59.99 because I needed it THAT day... I'll go and get a refund and pick a second up now

(The first stick I got has Sumsung chips, no markings on the pcb though... but I'm running it at 166mhz cas-2 right now, so it seems to be pretty darn good, honestly)

Think I'm going to jump on this.

By the way kdegarmo, your link doesn't work...so people can just search the sku.

It's not such a bad deal. Since the rebate is only good for one person/household/purchase you can still get 2 sticks by using the $20 off $100 coupon, after rebate it still comes up to $39.99 a stick.

You can push the envelope even more by getting 3 sticks. Using the $30 off $150, AR each stick comes up $43.32 each. All it comes down to is, for the price of a single 512 you can get 3 - 256's totalling 768mb. :)

You're killing me. I don't even have a ddr mobo, but now I'm in. Maybe I'll go mp.
Dawg!!. It only lets me order 1. Time to clear cookies.

If you are into multiple rebates visit ThinWallet and look for the recent Kingston DDR thread... you buy like 5 items or so, each with a rebate, and your total cost for them (including the 256MB Kingston) is like less than $9... too many rebates for me to take the chance though...

Well this is lame. According on the checkout page, delivery time will be 4 to 6 weeks because I live in Alaska. Ahh well. There is still googlegear :)

yep, "mom" is a lucky woman... ;) she's got a lot of really cool equipment.

don't forget, OM takes coupons from other office supply stores, so if you happen to get that staples e-mail...

Well I don't know what the problem is with the online store. I found it the first day I seen this and just about ordered till it would only put one in the shopping cart. One is not woth my time because shipping to Alaska would kill this deal being I would have to order a second one from a different company.

Oh well... :disgust:
