So who is going to pay for the farting wild animals?

More importantly, how long until the people are taxed for their flatulence? Or do we just have a fart tax at mexican restuarants?

It would require farms or ranches with more than 25 dairy cows, 50 beef cattle or 200 pigs to pay an annual fee of about $175 for each dairy cow, $87.50 per head of beef cattle and $20 for each pig.

25 dairy cows = $4,375 annually
50 beef cattle = $4,375 annually
200 pigs = $4,000 annually

Wow.

I wonder if this includes goats and buffalo. If not, I foresee a drastic switch to goat milk and bison meat.

Is that money then used for some kind of global warming fund, or does it go into the government sinkhole for other nonsense?
