I thought maybe you were talking about your kids wanting to chat online and you were looking for advice.
This thread pretty much sucks, and does not achieve the lulz.

On this topic, this is the primary reason that we don't have any chat software on our kid's PC and also why we monitor activity via methods they are too young to even have heard of. 🙂
