11Gb of Unallocated space in my C Drive

how can i add that onto my current C Partition?

i see that i have 11.74gb of Unallocated space in my Disk Management, the bar is black, as opposed to navy blue like the rest of my other drives...

OS is Windows XP Sp2

You need a tool to resize it for you, since you're using XP instead of Vista you need something from a 3rd parted like Partition Magic or a gparted LiveCD.
