Pardon me if this sounds dumb, but what should I do with the switch on the back of my PSU? 115V or 230V? If I change it to 230, will it screw anything up?

Once I read up on it a little more, I'll eventually take a spalsh into overclocking. I just really noticed the swtcih today during assembly. I just wanna round all the corners and make sure I do everything right.

Normal USA housecurrent is 115v, 230v is used in Europe and some other parts of the world.

Some makes/models of psu are easily damaged by the wrong switch setting. Normally, units are factory preset, depending on their market destination.

If you set it to 230V, it won't turn on. (although, that does make a good trick to play on people. No one ever checks the switch, hahaha)
