Don't go into business with friends.
It can cause too many complications.

I think your partnership would look like this:

Your friend: provides hookups
Nocturnal: does all the work

Would you be comfortable doing all the work and splitting the profits?

Not really. That is why I don't think I want to go into business with this guy. I mean it's like he's a party animal that just wants the $ to party more. I don't think he's serious about making a business and keeping it and making more money.

I dunno, I guess I got to thinking after about how he has all this hookups, he isn't like me, at all.

Don't do it without a contract. And you write the contract so that you have control. Your happy-go-lucky friend will sign without reading it. Don't under estimate the power of having a "hook up" or an "angle". That can be a valuable tool. Your friend may be a valuable tool or advantage.

But like kranky said, you will end up doing all the work.
