Is it just me or does this story make no sense? 😕 Is it supposed to be figurative or just one of those forwarding tales? Uhmmm . . . it doesn't help that I don't speak German. Nevertheless, I'm not sure I would like to waste my time learning German to interpret this story. I suspect it would be a tragedy. . . . 😛
 
I didn't think it was all that confusing...

#1: Guys out partying, get drunk
#2: Walk past ritzy house with dogs, dogs bark.
#3: Idiot jumps fence to attempt to silence dogs.
#4: Idiot gets a$$ kicked by dogs, is in hospital, possibly missing a hand
#5: Idiot's friend thinks it's time to find new friends.

Pretty clear to me. 😉

Amazing, for being such a hotshot IT manager that you can't find a single email you received yesterday.
 
Better a missing hand than a missing something-you've-got-only-one-of...and good thing he didn't try sticking something through the fence...as another Darwin candidate did...

Oh my gauds, you have no freaking idea how many emails I get per day. It's not exactly like I can just flip to a folder and find it. 😱

So you get 30000 emails a day and have absolutely no organization (subfolders) to them, you don't know your friend's email address (or name) to search by that, or don't have an email client that allows for full-text searching (for one of those German words you quoted)? I see.
