n/m came home and its working now. 
Another has jadeworld subscription (ch 450 - 454) on DirectTV?
Its been down for a few days (since last friday) I am in NJ and the 2 CSRs said its the problem of Jadeworld, 2 CSRs said i have to paid $70 to ask a in-house visit.
any good forum to visit?
