110 Punch Tool, Patch Cables

I need a few patch cables of varying lengths. I'm tired of the ones I make coming loose or whatever. I also need a 110 Punch tool with blades. Does anyone know where to get this stuff cheap where they don't rip you off on shipping.

This part is for my own reference I guess as it doesn't really help anyone answer my question.

I need like:

3 x 3'
1 x 5'
1 x 7'
1 x 10'
2 x 15'

and 1 x 2' crossover

I'd like to pick up several extras if they are cheap enough.

I got my punch tool on ebay, it's a namebrand one (can't remember the name for some reason), don't get a generic el cheapo, get one that will last a long time.

I just bought the $15 110 punch down tool from Newegg and it's quite solid.
