11 Beeps - Board or CPU?

So...

Just install my new E6400 on a new Asrock 775Dual.

At first I can POST, but when I try to enter the BIOS screen, everything get scambled and corrupted.

Reboot, system just give me 111 beep in 2-8-1 patten.

The CPU and heatsink should be set properly.

Try another stick of RAM, nothing change.

HDD, CDROM and other fan power up properly.

Any idea?
 
It sounds like the video card, my 7950 did simaly things with the crazy display.. I had to put a different video card in.
