Maybe it's beer concentrate and you're supposed to add water?
My wife picked up a 6 pack (bottles) of Guinness Draught yesterday. I pour it into a standard pint glass, and it was a good inch below the top of the glass. WTF?![]()
If you look, most imports are at 11.2oz (330ml).
This is why I brew my own beer and keg it. If i want 16oz in my pint glass, I get 16oz in my pint glass (and then walk like an idiot because I don't want to spill all over the floor).
Isnt a pint 16 ounces? SO an inch is to be expected. At least.
But the so called 'pint glass' isn't, they are about 14 oz. if filled to the rim.

Grocery shrink ray strikes again.
Stella does the same thing. My dad finally noticed after drinking it for oh, 10 years and now drinks pilsner urquell cause the 11.2 bugs him so much. He showed me his calculations of price vs cost vs bottles vs cans vs cases vs etc... he has too much time on his hands.
I do not care.
