If you already have it for the PC you *should* be able to activate it on Steam. While the game doesn't require Steam it does activate on it from *most* places. If you bought it retail then it will definitely activate on Steam.

Piracy I'm guessing then, sorry piracy doesn't even enter my mine anymore for gaming heh. It isn't a Steamworks game requiring Steam though you can activate it on Steam if you like.

Just saw on another forum, 65% off is for those with the Remedy loyalty discount (owning one of their games). Didn't know it when I clicked it because it doesn't say anything about it and I had no clue there was a loyalty discount to start with from them lol.
