AnandTech Forums: Technology, Hardware, Software, and Deals

When I started college I was thinking about being a CS major, but seeing how I hate math and there are no girls, I was planning to switch to business MIS. Then I'm taking a graphic arts class during the summer and I'm having a lot of fun, and I wanna do that for a major.

But I need an art portfolio which is going to be reviewed by the art department before I get accepted into the major.

I'm thinking about just minoring in graphics instead.

Now I have no idea what I'm going to major in. I wanna be happy with what I do, but also be financially stable. In the bay area I would guess that 50k a year would last me. I like computer hardware, but I hate math. So engineering is out of it. Should I just stick in business?
