have a couple of PC both on 4K monitors. Both are having weird issues with graphics after last driver updates. You go into FALLOUT 4 on both machines (one with the 1080 and the other with the 980) and its like the gamma/contrast is turn down 50%. I do remove the card in device manager and let windows re-find it and it will fix the gamma back to full brightness but all my fonts will ghost, like a really out of sync old tube monitor. I have rebooted. I removed the drives and used driver clean tool (from GURU 3d) in safe mode and reinstalled. Some forum searching i see others mention the gamm/brightness issue. The fix was to not use Nvidia COLOR in the control panel, strange enough my fix ( so far) seems to be to USE nvidia color settings. Wondering if anybody else had issues with this. Its damn scarry as it remind me of the OLD ATI card issues when the pots died (plaid), it looks alot like a dying card.. or a bad video cable.. when one color is not working.. Anybody else had issues?
