I'm getting back into PC gaming after a long break. I bought the parts listed below. Last time I was into PC games, resolution was determined by your performance. Now it seems it's either 1080 or 1440.
From what I understand I should be able to play some games at 1440. If I end up having to play 1080, how much better/worse is running 1080 on a 1440, compared to running 1080 on a 1080?
