So here's my back story.
Got a 1080 FE for a great deal new.
Wanted it quieter since it's loud with the blower so I decided to get a EVGA Hybrid cooler. It has done a good job of keeping my temps lower and sound lower, EXCEPT, it seems that when my GPU gets to 98%+ usage on MSi Afterburner the blower fan revs up super high and super loud constantly. I have tried setting the fan speed to manual and allowing a curve based on temps but nothing works.
Also, the Hybrid Cooler comes with a plug to go from the shroud into the blower and to plug the fans into, but I instead plugged aftermarket SP120's into the Mobo instead of the Shroud/Hybrid cooler
Any ideas?

(yes I know the front CPU rad blow shot air in, but I can't top mount it.)
Full Specs:
i5-2500k @ 4.9-5.0 Ghz
P8p67 Pro Mobo
1080 FE (Nvidia)
Ripjaws X Ram
5 SSD's and 2 HDD's
H115i CPU AIO
I also plugged the H115i CPU header into the "PWR Fan" 3 pin and plugged the GPU Fans into the CPU 4 pin header (this still works, doesnt change anything with the revving)
