1055T and Hyper 212+

So I'm having an AMD Phenom II X6 1055T cooled with CoolerMaster Hyper 212+.
The temps with Intel Burn Test reach up to 59 celsius, which I don't consider normal, taking in mind that the fan is running at 2k RPM, and the CPU has turbo turned off. The maximum temperature that this CPU should reach (with the stock cooler) is 62c. What the heck is going on? I have Arctic Cooling MX-4 between the CPU and the heatsink, do you mind telling me your temperatures if you have the same CPU/Cooler combo?

Thanks.

@ p.s. I'm having the 125W version of 1055T
@ p.s. I've got the voltage manually set at 1.45 (default is 1.475 because of turbo), and when I try to lower it, Intel Burn Test gives me an error message because of system instability.

If temps are your issue, why not drop your voltage down to 1.35...?

To test if your paste is in good shape, see how fast the temps increase when you start prime95 or whatever. If they instantly shoot up, then you know you have a poor thermal coupling between your HSF and CPU.

In 16.8 seconds the temps went from 37 (idle state) to 50 (Intel Burn test, 3GB of RAM used)
Is that normal?

For a six core, id say that might even be a bit fast. Try reseating it and make sure to get out all air bubbles. Also, the stock cooler wont keep your CPU below 62C, its just supposed to.

don't put too much paste on it either, that can cause high temps too. my son found out the hard way.
