Most 16bit cards only operate at 100 half duplex instead of 100/full. Really not a big deal though, just have to deal with collisions.

I own the Linksys PCM100H1. It's the card you're looking at plus HomePNA built in. Greatest thing since sliced bread.

Works fine set at 100 full duplex, although it's pretty likely I am not getting the speeds I might expect with a 32-bit card (and who knows if it's actually running as full duplex). However, I'm satisfied - I've installed software over the network and it was pretty OK for speed. And the HomePNA support more than makes up for it, because my home network is mainly HomePNA based, with only a few spots with Ethernet.

I have that card. I get about 1.5 MB/sec out of it. That is about all you will get, due to the 16bit PCMCIA interface.
