100fps to 15fps in 1min?? help

Hey guys I have a laptop 2.6P4 with a ATI 7500 and when I play any game the FPS starts out very high then just drops to unplayable levels this happens in about a minute no matter the res. or 16bit or 32bit. So I dont really understand what is causing it if anyone could help me out I would be very thankfull.

dunno what's causing it but have you tried using vsync?

I think mine is disabled, I always heard it was faster that way.

framewise count yea although it's suppose to limit your FPS to your monitor's refresh rate and it prevents tearing. For playing games it's best to enable it unless your benching.
