~100CFM airflow, is it enough?

I'm about to begin modding my current midtower case. Right now the fans I have picked out will allow for ~95CFM on the intake and ~110CFM exhust. Do you think that's enough? I have a Celermine @ 850mhz and an old V3 2000 O/C to 170mhz (soon to be a Radeon 32DDR), DVD, CDR, 2 NIC's, 1 7200RPM & 1 5400 RPM HDD's. Is that enough airflow to keep things cool. Right now I usually run with the case open, but I really want to close this sucker up to prevent a wandering youngster from wreaking havoc on my rig. Any suggestions?

I have 70cfm going in, and 120 cfm (plus the PS - no idea how much) going out. Yeah, I know negative airflow isn't the best, but it works. The rear 120mm is right next to the CPU a draws off a lot of it's heat. This setup keeps the case temp @ about 1-2 degrees above ambient. Right now it's about 68 in here & VIA HM says the system temp is 66 (factor in the error) & I'm right about @ ambient. You should be fine.

that should be good.Have you seen the case mods that some are into. They cut a hole opp.the cpu and attach a fan to the case frame, with a fan grille on the out side.Rad. I have a simular setup, with a cel633@950,it runs about 89-98f with the case on,82-88 with it off.I am considering the hole in the case.

ErikS- from what I've heard the sort of negative airflow is better. That way you're always exhuasting more air than you bring in, so heat doesn't have a chance to build up.
sd- I'm planning on puttin a 120MM fan on the left side of the case by the CPU and a 92MM fan on the top of the case in addition to the other mounting places that are built into the case. I think it'll work out great in the end!
