1002 (beta 005) bios for Asus P4B266-C/new fixes

Thats why I got the EPOX 4BDA. 3:4 is available @ any FSB. I'm running a 1.6A @ 2.4 GHz, 400 MHz DDR. Cant do that with a P4B266.
