$1000 Gaming PC No OC

I traded my last PC for a pair of JBL speaker. I won't be doing any overclocking because I don't see the extra clock speed improve anything much. I will be doing gaming and some video editing. I don't really care about brands but I will be buying everything from Newegg amd NCIX. I play at 1080p and have 2 monitors. In the next 6 months I plan to upgrade to a 1440p monitor so I'll be playing at 1440p and have a secondary 1080p monitor.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that I would prefer to get a micro arc or mini itx PC. I won't be getting any add on cards but I will get a USB dac

You should provide links and pricing. I'm having a hard time coming up with a built that has a Xeon E3 and a GTX 780 within $1000.
