Looks fine to me, though you might want to bump the PSU to the 550W version.

Here's the cheapest (no you don't want that one). This Rosewill looks a lot more reasonable.

EDIT: Alternatively, you can just get a 1TB external drive pre-assembled for the same price.

If I was to buy an external again, and I probably will soon, I would look for one that doesn't need to be plugged in. It's such a PITA to have to plug it into the wall every time I want to use it somewhere. Especially if I'm on a laptop and not near an outlet.
