I worked on microcomputer maintenance at a major university, and although I never saw the AGP and PCI-Express on a single motherboard in the field, I heard nothing but horror stories about them. I would NOT consider that as an option. the two technologies really don't belong together. Avoid AGP. PCI-Express is your friend.
