100% sure correct password but still cant login?

i cant login to yahoo email. i am not 99.9% sure but 100% sure my password is correct.

i try and try..... then it says the acocunt is lock for 12 hours because it says i try so many times. so i wait then next time try again... and again.... then suddenly bam! got in with the one without number. it says on the page blah blah somehow it was deactivate so i had to click the "reactivate button" then it tells me to wait 12 hour for the account to fully restore and so i can use the email.

.....so another day... wake up..... try logging in.... and cant! what???? why??? it was the same password and everything.

i use firefox and i even try logging in on another pc which is a laptop with both firefox and internet explorer and still the same. cant login.



whats going on? i already email yahoo but got automate email saying their service is is busy so expect delay. its been almost a month and havent heard from them.





i do not have real name on the email info nor alt email nor birthdate nor anything! the email was created just for a quick stuff. i have not use it ever since i created.... like 14 months. i tried the password helper to reset password but i cant cause i dont have alt email nor real name ect....

anyone have expereince hard time with yahoo email before? anyone can help?

It's not a software issue.

Why don't you click on the "I forgot my password" link and answer the security question?
 
You said you haven't used it since you created it, if you've truly never logged on it. The reason isn't the password's wrong. After I believe 6 months of inactivity Yahoo will close the account.

if 6 months of inactivity, yahoo will close account? if thats the case then..... when i happend to got in and i clcked "reactivate account" then it says wait 12 hours to be able to use the account again. over 12 hours and try to login and still says inccorect password or username.

yeah so if yahoo close inactive account.... then it shouldnt be the case since i already click reactivate.

i cant use "forgot password" since it ask for security questions which i dont have the security question and answer. thats what it says i dont have security question when im trying to do it.

i dont believe so. i believe it is cause of me trying it many time consecutively.

does yahoo have customer service by phone? i look everywhere on their site and dont see any numbers. only help button and email.
