$100 Newegg GC for $90 (ShellShocker, unsure if limit 1)

  1. Had $30 remaining on a gift card with no expiration date
  2. Bought a game for like $29.70 after tax and shipping
  3. Game never came, no notification there was any problem
  4. Contacted newegg a few days later, they said oops damaged in warehouse so we never shipped it
  5. I asked for my ~$30 back on my gift card
  6. Newegg said no but we'll put that ~$30 on a gift card that expires in 90 days
  7. I said no that's ridiculous, I bought the game initially on a gift card with no expiration date and there is no game coming out in the next 90 days that I would be interested in putting that ~$30 towards
  8. They said they'd only put it on a gift card with a 90 day expiration date
  9. Repeat steps 7-8 a few times
  10. Newegg said ok we'll just send you a ~$30 check
  11. Received check
  12. Check bounced
