100% Negro

I don't know where these t-shirts are coming from, but I've seen a couple of white guys wearing them over the past few months. The are black t-shirts with "100% Negro" in large white print. Do you think this is racist?

In my opinion: no. Is the term 'negro' racist? I sure don't think so. By wearing those shirts those individuals are expressing their ethnicity and heritage.
