100 more pushups, then I can go to bed. Im at 300. Spread over oh 1 3/4 hours. Thanks to the gys who helped me in the creatine thread, my bench max is up to repping 215.

While pushups are better than sitting around on your behind, they won't really do much for building muscle unless they're challenging enough for you that you can only do a max of 10-15 at a time, preferably lower. Unless you're really overweight, weak, or have someone sitting on your back, benching freeweights & doing flyes is a much better utilization of your time to pack on mass.
