I've burned hundreds of the Sonic 1-2X from Shop4tech -- which are actually labeled 4X on the spindle. Why spend more, unless you need true archival quality?
500-pack = $85 delivered, minus 10% (coupon), minus 3% (Fatcash)
That's $73.95 for 500, or $14.79 per 100.
I can understand the desire to spend more for Taiyo Yudens for that wedding ceremony DVD, but for a Hollywood movie, these suit me very well. I've burned them on NEC, Toshiba, and MicroAdvantage (aka TopGlory), so they don't appear to be very picky.

I think the price went up recently, I can't find any DVD-r (2x or 4x) under $20 with or w/o coupon.
Here's a link for 19.00/100 or 85.00/500. Then use the 10% off coupon.
Sonic 1X-2X
These are MUST001's. They burn at 4X in my NEC 1300a and 2500a.
Although Thanksgiving is coming, coupon hunt is more like easter egg hunt, see three post about by "INXSible". Read between the lines, beginning of the lines, and end of the line...Originally posted by: johnofmiddleearth
