100-150 dollar vid card

lol i just bought marvel ultimate alliance but my poor gf4 4200 is tired and old now, lookin to get a nice budget card for 100-150 bucks, was lookin at a couple different models but i cant find any charts that can compare them side by side...

of course down the road i might even do a little modifying like i did to this card to keep it up to speed a little longer, what do you guys reccomend? And if you have other suggestions let me know, all those prices are via new egg
 
theres just so many different selections in that 100-150 range and i dont really now which one is the fastest for the price, and i cant find any comparisons
