100/133 mhz memory

Have a ABIT KT7A-RAID Mobo and would like to know how to set 133mhz memory bios is AWARD SOFT MENU III cannot find anyway to change memory in bios but when I run WCUPID says mem is 100mhz not 133mhz any ideas
