100/133 FSB issue

Can someone please clarify for me the issue of MB supporting 100mhz
and 133mhz FSB.
I have seen many MBs with the KT133 chipset that support 100mhz
FSB, but also claim to support 200MHZ Athlons and Durons. How so ?
In addition PC133 SDRAM can be used on these boards, but if the
FSB can only go as high as 100mhz, why use PC133 and not PC100 ?

If this chipset does not support 133mhz FSB, what is the reason
for allowing (via jumper or bios) to increase the FSB to 133mhz ?

I am really lost here.
