To answer your question, RB, I usually don't do much lifting at all. I don't want to bulk up too much and slow down. But I do a lot of bodyweight exercises like puhsups and pullups and dips. I just haven't done them in a while so I'm nice and sore today!
  I did 6 easy miles today too.
