I do 100 miles a week, so I wont ruin this thread with an early win

Oh snap! Don't worry; I can always extend the thread to 10,000 miles if you plan to add your mileage here.

Yeah, plus I'd like to see your running schedule.

I can give you my typical week if you would like.

M-F = 1 hour run for my lunch break at work. Usually 10 miles a run, sometimes more, sometimes less.

Sat/Sun = 2 hour runs. this is usually around 35 miles or so combined.

M/T/W I wake up early before work and get in either 5 mile Temp or a Fartlek for those 3 runs. I go about 95% for these runs, usually end up being around 27-28 mins

All that plus I do strides after each run.

If anyone lives near the Dekalb/Sycamore area and wants to go for a run let me know

3 miles after a two month break cause of the crappy weather. Man that was pretty tough, seemed to spit this "mucus" type build up, but I'm guessing that's normal after not running for a bit?

I had the same thing when I started running again this week after a long break. Sucks, but feels good to be running again.
